EERSTE STAPPEN

 Voordat u uw Apple-toestel op de fietstrainer aansluit, moet u Nike Plus op het apparaat inschakelen.

 



 Zie de consolebediening op pagina 22 en start uw trainingsprogramma.

 Als uw iPod of iPhone compatibel is met Nike Plus, zal uw programma beginnen met het automatisch registeren op uw Nike Plus



 Het beëindigen van uw trainingsprogramma wordt op het scherm bevestigd met CONGRATULATIONS WORKOUT RECORDED.



SLUIT UW IPOD AAN OP UW COMPUTER EN BEKIJK UW TRAININGSRESULTATEN OP NIKEPLUS.COM. Als u uw trainingsprogramma

toevallig onderbreekt, voordat het volledig is doorgelopen, moet u de STOP-toets gedurende 5 seconden ingedrukt houden.

Hierdoor worden uw gegevens opgetekend met het Nike Plus-compatibele toestel.

 

 Log in op uw Nike Running-account en controleer en volg uw trainingseenheden.
