TIME / TIJD: Aangegeven als "Minuten :
Seconden". Hiermee kunt u de verstreken of
resterende trainingsduur in beeld brengen.
INCLINE / STIJGING: aangegeven in procent
(%). Geeft de stijging aan van uw wandel- of
loopoppervlak.
DISTANCE / AFSTAND: aangegeven in mijl of
kilometer. Toont de afgelegde afstand of de
afstand die voor deze training nog afgelegd
moet worden.
SPEED / SNELHEID: aangegeven in MPH of
KM/H. Geeft aan, hoe snel uw wandel- of
loopoppervlak beweegt.
CALORIES / CALORIEËN: toont het aantal
verbrande calorieën of het aantal calorieën dat
tijdens de training nog verbrand moet worden.
PACE / TEMPO: geeft aan hoeveel minuten de
gebruiker bij de huidige snelheid nodig heeft
voor een mijl of een kilometer. Voorbeeld: Als u
bij uw huidige snelheid 10 minuten nodig heeft
om een kilometer of een mijl te lopen, dan geeft
de loopband als snelheid '10.0' aan.
HEART RATE / HARTSLAG: weergegeven als
SPM (slagen per minuut). Toont uw hartslag
(hiervoor moet u de polsvoelers met beide
handen vastgrijpen).
