UNITÉS D’AFFICHAGE
SPEED: vitesse en km/h ou mph
DUREE: minutes: secondes. Affiche la durée d’entraînement restante
ou écoulée.
HEART RATE: battements par minute. Affiche votre fréquence
cardiaque (à cette fin, il faut enserrer les capteurs tactiles avec les
deux mains).
DISTANCE: miles ou kilomètres. Affiche la distance parcourue.
CALORIES: affiche les calories brûlées pendant l’entraînement.
WATTS: affiche le nombre de watts.
RESISTANCE: indique le niveau de difficulté actuel.
DATE ET HEURE
1) Menu de réglage: tenez enfoncées pendant 3 à 5
secondes les touches 1 et 2.
2) Confirmez votre saisie avec la touche Entrée.
3) Le menu de réglage comporte les options suivantes:
MOIS, JOUR, ANNÉE, HEURE, MINUTE et AM/PM.
4) Consulter les réglages: vous pouvez vérifier à tout
moment les réglages dans le menu. Pour faire défiler
les réglages, pressez la touche Entrée.
5) Quitter le menu de réglage: tenez la touche Entrée
enfoncée pendant 3 secondes pour confirmer la date
et l’heure.
6) Modifier les réglages: retournez dans le menu de
réglage et modifiez vos saisies.
PROFIL D’ENTRAÎNEMENT: affiche le profil de lentraînement en cours.
Remarque: quand la résistance est modifiée, le nouveau niveau de résistance est
affiché dans la fenêtre alphanumérique. Puis, la fenêtre
repasse en mode normal et affiche de nouveau les informations d’entraînement
actuelles.
