• GAME 1: Dieses Aufwärmprogramm simuliert ein
Autorennen. Durch schnelles und langsames Treten
können Sie das Auto nach oben und unten kontrollieren.
Vermeiden Sie Hindernisse und versuchen Sie auf der
Strecke zu bleiben. Sie haben 11 Versuche um die Strecke
zu schaffen. Seien Sie also vorsichtig!
• GAME 2: Dieses Aufwärmprogramm ist ein Angelspiel.
Durch schnelles und langsames Treten geht der
Angelhaken höher oder tiefer. Sobald der Fisch angebissen
hat müssen Sie schnell treten, bis der Haken den
Bildschirm verlässt. Einige Fische sind schwerer zu fangen
als Andere, für solche Fische werden Sie aber auch mehr
Punkte bekommen.
• MOUNTAIN / BERGFAHRT: Verbessert Ihre Leistung und
Ausdauer durch eine Erhöhung auf Spitzenwiderstände,
um die schwierigsten Außenbedienungen zu simulieren.
• FITTEST: Testet Ihre derzeitige körperliche Fitness. Nach
vollendetem Programm bekommen Sie eine Rückmeldung
über Ihre körperliche Fitness, so können Sie Erfolge
verfolgen.
• STEP TEST / STUFENTEST: Testet Ihre aktuellen Maße
an körperlicher Fitness. Bei Beendigung des Programms
wird ein Feedback zu Ihrem Fitness- Level erstellt, um Ihre
Fortschritte zu überwachen.
