Remplir le récipient (récipient) avec de l'eau distillée, ou à défaut, avec de l'
eau potable.
Remplir le récipient jusqu'au taquet (1,2 L.). N.B. ne JAMAIS remplir complètement le
récipient, car à la fin du cycle de cuisson, l'eau repompée pourrait déborder du récipient.
Insérer le récipient dans son logement
Le pousser à fond pour ass
urer une tenue parfaite entre le tube placé dans le récipient et le
circuit hydraulique situé à l'intérieur du four.
Toujours glisser la lèchefrite NON perforée sous celle perforée, pour recueillir l'eau de
condensation, le jus ou tout morceau d'aliment su
sceptible de tomber.

Pendant l
utilisation du four avec un cycle sans emploi de vapeur, le récipient peut rester dans son
logement sans aucun risque de compromettre le résultat de cuisson.
N.B.
Pour que les cuissons en mode VAPEUR, RÉGÉNÉRATION,
PROFESSIONNELLE soient parfaite
ment effectuées, il faut laisser le four se
refroidir suffisamment si une cuisson analogue a déjà été effectuée précédemment.
