PRAKTISCHE RATSCHLÄG
E FÜRS KOCHEN
Alle Garungen müssen mit geschlossener Tür erfolgen.
Um die heißen Gerichte aus dem Backofen zu nehmen, immer Handschuhe oder
Topflappen, die nicht nass oder feucht sein dürfen
, benutzen.
Geschirr benutzen, dass Temperaturen von 250°C oder darüber widersteht.
Am Ende oder während der Garung auf den Heißluftstrom achten, der beim Öffnen der Tür aus
dem Backofen tritt.
Nie die Gerichte direkt auf den Boden des Backofens stellen.
Entsprechendes Zubehör
benutzen.
DAS ZUBEHÖR
Das dem Backofen beiliegende Zubehör steigert
die Möglichkeiten und Modi der Garung.
Die Zubehörteile Fettauffangschale und
Grillrost können in verschiedenen Höhen auf
der Führungsschienen im Backraum
eing
eschoben werden. Damit kann die
geeigneteste Höhe (Schiene) für die
durchzuführende Garung bestimmt werden.

Die Fettauffangschale
Ein Tablett mit hochgezogenen Kanten, das als Stellfläche
für ein Kochgefäß auf einer einzigen
Schiene oder als Bain
-
Marie benutzt wird.
Sammelbehälter für Säfte oder eventuelles Herunterlaufen von Fett während der Garung, muss
zusammen mit dem Hauptrost oder der gelochten Fettauffangschale verwendet werden. Be
im Garen
von fetten Gerichten immer etwas Wasser in die
Fettauffangschale geben, damit das Fett nicht anbrennt
und schlechten Geruch und Rauch entwickelt.
Ablegefläche für Lebensmittel (Plätzchen, usw.)
Der Grillrost
Vor allem als Auflagefläche verwendet

Gelochte Fettauffangschale
Wird in erster Linie zum Dampfgaren verwendet (frisches oder
tiefgekühltes Gemüse, Fisch).
Die gelochte Fettauffangschale auf der Schiene 2 oder 3
einschieben und sofort die Fettauffa
ngschale zum Auffangen der
