CUCINARE CON LA SOND
A CIBO
Il forno è dotato di una sonda cibo / temperatura, un accessorio a forma di "grosso spillo" i nserito in
un
impugnatura che termina con un cavo ed uno spinotto. La sonda cibo collegata all
elettronica
permette di misurare la temperatura all'interno della carne o degli alimenti che si portano in cottura.
Questo accessorio permette di semplificare l
approccio alle varie cotture per chi non ha molta
esperienza nel settore, ottenendo un risultato costante nel
tempo.
La cottura termina quando la temperatura
all
interno del cibo, e misurata attraverso la sonda,
raggiunge il valore regolato sul display.
Come usare la sonda cibo.
Collegare la sonda cibo sull
apposito connettore posto all interno del forno, sulla parete sinistra in
alto (vedi fig. A). Infilare orizzontalmente lo spillo metallico, della sonda, nel cibo da cucinare fino
alla maniglia. La punta possibilmente deve trovarsi verso il centro del cibo, non de
ve toccare ossa e
non deve essere infilata nelle eventuali parti grasse del cibo. Una misura corretta si ottiene solo
seguendo queste indicazioni.
Accendere il forno, selezionare una funzione di cottura, impostare la temperatura di sonda cibo,
impostare l
a temperatura di camera cottura.
