Preparación del horno y operaciones previas
Nota: desconecte el horno de la red eléctrica, o ponga en estado OFF el interruptor omnipolar,
antes de efectuar la limpieza del horno.
Antes de utilizar el horn
o, limpie cuidadosamente su interior usando un paño o una esponja suave
(no abrasiva) humedecidos con agua tibia y líquido lavavajillas. Introduzca la rejilla y la bandeja
en
sus guías correspondientes.
Encienda el horno (vea la pág. 57), seleccione la función "Cocción Profesional" (vea la pág. 58
)
y
póngalo a 230°C de temperatura. Deje funcionar el horno vacío durante unos 30 minutos, para
eliminar los posibles restos de grasas o aceites artificial
es, que pueden producir olores
desagradables durante la cocción.
Ventile la habitación durante esta operación.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMI
ENTO DEL HORNO Y DE
SUS ACCESORIOS
Para facilitar las operaciones de limpieza de la cámara de cocción, se aconseja utili
zar el
proceso automático descrito en la pág. 78.
A continuación, se aconseja desconectar el aparato de la red eléctrica.
Utilice una esponja húmeda para eliminar los posibles residuos de las paredes de la cavidad
después de c
ada cocción.
No use limpiadoras de vapor para limpiar el horno.
No utilice materiales ásperos abrasivos como estropajos, rascadores metálicos o lanas de
acero para limpiar el cristal de la puerta del horno, para evitar arañazos que podrían causar
la fragme
ntación del cristal.
NO LAVE LA SONDA PARA ALIMENTOS EN EL LAVAVAJILLAS.
Pueden lavarse en el lavavajillas la rejilla, el jarro y las bandejas.
Vacíe de agua el jarro tras cada uso por motivos de higiene.
Tras la cocción, y con el horno suficientemente enf
riado, seque con un paño suave el líquido
que pueda quedar en el fondo de la cámara de cocción.
