9. Wann wird der Alarm aktiviert
Wenn der CO-Pegel (PPM) im Raum zu hoch ist, so schaltet der Kohlenmonoxid-Melder nach dem
untenstehenden Schema in den Alarmmodus:
027PPM ± 03PPM : Kein Alarmsignal
055PPM ± 05PPM : Alarmsignal nach 60 bis 90 Minuten
110PPM ± 10PPM : Alarmsignal nach 10 bis 40 Minuten
330PPM ± 30PPM : Alarmsignal innerhalb von 3 Minuten
10. Gesundheitliche Auswirkungen von Kohlenmonoxid
~ - 00100PPM : Leichte Kopfschmerzen, Hautrötung (bei unbestimmter Einwirkung).
0200 - 00300PPM : Kopfschmerzen (nach 5 bis – 6 Stunden Exposition)
0400 - 00600PPM : Starke Kopfschmerzen, Schwäche, Schwindel, Übelkeit, Erbrechen (nach 4 bis – 5
Stunden Exposition)
1100 - 01500PPM : Erhöhte Puls- und Atemfrequenz, Synkope (Ohnmacht), Koma,
intermittierende Krampfanfälle (nach 4 bis – 5 Stunden Exposition)
5000 - 10000PPM : Schwacher Puls, gedrückte Atmung / Atemstillstand, Tod (nach 1 bis – 2 Minuten
Einwirkung)
• Dieses Gerät kann die chronischen Auswirkungen einer Kohlenmonoxid-Exposition möglicherweise nicht
verhindern. Zudem kann das Gerät Personen, die einem besonderen Risiko ausgesetzt sind, nicht
vollständig schützen.
11. Drahtlose Funktionen (siehe Seite 4)
a) Platzieren Sie die zusammenzuschaltenden CO-Melder so nah wie möglich beieinander. Keinesfalls
nicht mehr als 5 Meter voneinander entfernt.
b) Wählen Sie einen der zusammenzuschaltenden CO-Alarmmelder als Master aus. Drücken Sie bei
diesem dreimal die Taste test/silence. Das grüne Licht leuchtet auf.
c) Wählen Sie einen anderen, zu koppelnden, CO-Alarmmelder als Slave aus. Drücken Sie dort dreimal die
Taste test/silence. Das grüne Licht leuchtet auf.
d) Warten Sie einige Sekunden, bis die grüne Leuchte zu blinken beginnt, was die erfolgreiche
Netzwerkkopplung anzeigt.
e) Wiederholen Sie Schritt b) für die Kopplung weiterer miteinander zu verbindender CO-Alarmemelder.
HINWEIS: Verwenden Sie jetzt und in Zukunft immer denselben Master-Melder für den Anschluss
zusätzlicher miteinander verbundener Resideo Rauch-, Hitze- oder Kohlenmonoxid (CO)-Melder.
Notieren Sie sich, welcher der vernetzten Alarmmelder in Ihrem Haus der Master ist.
