Modo de aquecimento*
Esta unidade utiliza a tecnologia de Bomba de Calor que inverte o ciclo de refrigeração do
ar condicionado local pela transferência de calor do exterior para o interior da sala - isto
é mais eficiente do que os tradicionais aquecedores elétricos que geram calor em vez de
transferirem calor para dentro da sala. Estas propriedades tornam este aquecedor ideal para
o uso no outono ou na primavera, quando as temperaturas exteriores não são muito frias, ou
como aquecimento suplementar em quartos mais frios da sua casa.

CONTROLO DE VELOCIDADE DA VENTOINHA
Quando é selecionado o modo de aquecimento, a luz indicadora acender-se-á. O
aquecimento é ativado somente quando a temperatura ambiente estiver abaixo de 25°C
(77°F). Neste modo, a temperatura pretendida pode ser definida entre 16°C - 25°C (61°F
- 77°F). Quando em modo de aquecimento, a condensação deve ser drenada através do
tampão de drenagem inferior.
Nota: Os tubos de exaustão devem ser ventilados para fora da divisão ao usar o modo de
aquecimento.
IMPORTANTE: A bomba de calor absorve a humidade do ar, que depois se condensa para o
reservatório de água interno. A unidade irá parar a operação quando o tanque estiver
cheio e reiniciará quando o tanque for esvaziado. Recomenda-se a utilização do modo de
aquecimento num quarto com 50% de humidade ou menos. Evite colocar em funcionamento
produtos ou aparelhos que geram humidade, como um humidificador ou uma chaleira,
quando estiver a usar a unidade no modo de aquecimento.
