LIMPIEZA Y ALMACENAMIENTO
Quite el ventilador antes de limpiar.
• Estos ventiladores están equipados con un dispositivo de almacenaje, para
enrollar el cable, localizado en la parte inferior del ventilador (Fig. 7).
• Utilice únicamente un trapo suave humedecido para limpiar el ventilador.
• NO sumerja el ventilador en el agua, ni deje que se infiltre agua en el cajetín
del motor.
• NO use gasolina, disolvente para pintura ni ningún otro producto químico
para limpiar el ventilador.
DESMONTAJE DE LA REJILLA DELANTERA PARA LIMPIEZA
NO quite la rejilla del ventilador a menos que el dispositivo esté
apagado y el cable de corriente esté desconectado.
• Coloque suavemente el ventilador boca abajo sobre una mesa (Fig. 8).
• Los tornillos están ubicados en los orificios alrededor de la rejilla trasera
del ventilador (Fig. 9).
• Después de localizar los tornillos en cada orificio, introduzca un destornillador
Phillips tipo estándar en uno de los orificios.
NOTA: La punta del destornillador debe entrar cómodamente en el orificio
sin estar demasiado apretada o sin tener espacio de más. Un destornillador
con una punta muy pequeña tendrá problema en sujetar el tornillo.
• Cada tornillo debe sujetarse y aflojarse desatornillado cada cabeza hacia la
izquierda.
• Una vez que todos los tornillos han sido aflojados, levante lentamente el
ventilador de la superficie usando el asa de transporte en la parte posterior,
y separe la rejilla frontal a lo largo de la unión donde se ubican los tornillos
(Fig. 10).
NOTA: A veces los tornillos caen fuera de la parte posterior de la
unidad una vez aflojados, así que asegúrese de no levantar el ventilador
o voltearlo demasiado rápido.
• Para volver a ensamblar el ventilador, reúna todos los tornillos y coloque el
ventilador sobre su parte posterior (Fig. 11).
• Coloque la rejilla frontal sobre la unidad, alineando la muesca en la rejilla,
con la muesca en la parte Inferior del ventilador (Fig. 12).
• Una vez que la rejilla esté alineada con el cuerpo del ventilador, y coincida
cada orificio de los tornillos, voltee la unidad para colocarla boca abajo sobre
una superficie plana.
• Introduzca cada tornillo en un orificio y apriete suavemente cada tornillo.
Asegúrese que la rejilla frontal y la parte inferior del ventilador estén juntas
y firmemente aseguradas.
• Para el almacenamiento, limpie cuidadosamente el ventilador como se indica.
Guarde el ventilador en su embalaje original o cubrir para proteger del polvo.
