QUITAR EL FILTRO
PRECAUCIÓN: Apague la unidad y espere 60 segundos antes de quitar la rejilla
para limpiar los filtros.
El purificador de aire viene con filtros ifD
®
incorporados.
• Apague el purificador de aire. Espere 60 segundos y desconecte la unidad antes
de quitar la rejilla. Mientras presiona la muesca a lo largo de la rejilla posterior,
empuje hacia abajo y jale la rejilla hacia usted para quitarla (Fig. 8). Presione
ligeramente a lo largo del marco del filtro y retírelo. Repita el procedimiento con
el segundo filtro.
• Para colocar el filtro de vuelta en la carcasa del limpiador de aire, introduzca en la parte inferior y
asegúrese que esté colocadot hasta el fondo y luego empújelo de la parte superior. Para volver a
colocar la rejilla del filtro, alinee la lengüeta en la parte inferior de la rejilla con la abertura en la carcasa
y encaje en su lugar. Si la rejilla del filtro no está correctamente colocada, su purificador de aire no
encenderá. Asegúrese que esté correctamente instalada y no haya espacio entre la rejilla y la carcasa.
NOTA: Si el prefiltro reductor de olores es usado en lugar del prefiltro permanente lavable, necesitará ser
reemplazado aproximadamente cada 3 meses.

• Después de sacar el filtro ifD

del purificador de aire, siga los siguientes pasos
para lavar el filtro ifD

Enjuagar:
• Enjuague el filtro con agua limpia del grifo (Fig. 9)
• ISi el filtro parece sucio, proceda a “lavar”, de lo contrario proceda a “Secar”
Lavar:
• Apague y desenchufe el purificador de aire.
• Retire del artefacto el filtro ifD
®
.
• Llene un fregadero con agua tibia y agregue unas gotas de jabón suave.
• Sacuda suavemente el filtro en la solución jabonosa para limpiarlo.
• Remoje el filtro durante 2-3 minutos. No lo deje remojar por un período de tiempo prolongado.
• Enjuague el filtro con agua limpia de la llave (Fig. 9).
Secar:
• Sacuda el filtro para extraer el exceso de agua.
• Coloque el filtro con el lado de colmena hacia abajo sobre una toalla felpuda
• Sírvase notar que el filtro puede quedar descolorido aún después del lavado.
Esto es normal y no afectará el rendimiento.
• Deje secar el filtro ifD
®
durante unas horas por la noche.
• Cuando el filtro esté totalmente seco, colóquelo nuevamente en el purificador de aire.
ATENCIÓN:
• Nunca coloque un filtro ifD
®
húmedo en su purificador de aire.
• El filtro ifD
®
NO es resistente al lavavajillas. No coloque el filtro ifD
®
en un lavavajillas ni lo exponga a
otras situaciones en que el agua sea extremadamente caliente.
• No use ningún solvente, agentes de limpieza fuertes ni líquidos inflamables para limpiar el filtro ifD
®
