La batterie dégage des gaz explosif s. Ne pas autoriser d’étincelles, flammes ou
cigaret tes à proximité. Lors de la recharge ou de l’utitisation de la batterie dans un
endroir ferme, s’assurer que l’aération est suffisante.
La batterie contient de l’acide sulfurique (électrolyte) qui brule la peau et les yeux.
Toujours porter des gants et une visière de protection.
En cas de contact d’électrolyte avec la peau, rincer à l’eau.
En cas de contact d’électrolyte avec les yeux, rincer à l’eau pendant au moins 15
minutes et appeler immédiatement un médecin.
L’électrolyte est un poison.
Si vous en avalez, boire de grandes quantités d’eau ou de lait puis du lait de
magnésium ou de l’huile végétale et consulter tout de suite un médecin.
NE PAS LAISSER A LA PORTEE DES ENFANTS.
N’utiliser que de l’eau distillée pour la batterie. De l’eau du robinet raccourcirait la
duréedeservicedelabatterie.
Ne pas remplir la batterie au delà du niveau maximum ( UPPER LEVEL). Si la
batterie est trop remplie, de l’électrolyte peut déborder et corroder les pièces du
chasse-neige. Laver immédiatement tout électrolyte renversé.
