Engine oil change
How to change the oil:
If you drain the oil immediately after stopping the engine, its
temperature will be high and may cause burns.
DRAIN BOLT
OIL FILLER CAP/DIPSTICK
If the engine oil is dirty, engine wear will occur more rapidly. Change
the oil at designated intervals. Maintain the oil at the proper level.
OIL CHANGE INTERVAL:
QUANTITY SPECIFIED:
Every year, before operation.
RECOMMENDED OIL:
Drain the oil while the engine is still warm to assure rapid and
complete draining.
Use oil of API service classification SE or later,
SAE 5W-30.
0.58 L (0.61 US qt, 0.51 lmp qt)
Place the snowblower on a level surface. Remove the oil filler cap/
dipstick, the drain bolt and sealing washer.
Reinstall the drain bolt and new sealing washer, and tighten the
drain bolt securely.
