La batteria libera gas esplosivi. Quando si maneggia la batteria, mantenere lontane
le scintille causate da cortocircuiti e le fiamme.
Non usare o ricaricare la batteria con l’elettrolito sotto il livello minimo. Può
accorciare la vita della batteria o provocare un’esplosione.
L’esplosione della batteria può causare gravi lesioni personali.
Collegare correttamente il cavo della batteria. Quando si collega il cavo della
batteria, collegare prima al terminale positivo ( ), poi al terminale negativo ( ).
Per scollegare, incominciare scollegando dal terminale negativo. Non scollegare
mai il cavo della batteria nell’ordine inverso. Proteggere i terminali della batteria
fissandoloroitubifornitiacorredodellospazzaneve.Ciòeviteràeventuali
cortocircuiti causati da un utensile che venga a contatto con un terminale.
La batteria contiene acido solforico (elettrolito). Il suo contatto con la pelle o gli
occhi può causare gravi scottature. Usare vestiti protettivi ed una maschera per il
viso.
In caso di contatto dell’elettrolito con l’epidermide, lavare con acqua.
In caso di contatto dell’elettrolito con gli occhi, lavare con acqua per almeno 15
minuti e rivolgersi immediatamente ad un medico.
