PREPARACION Y COMPROBACIÓNES ANTES DE SU USO
MONTAJE Y COMPROBACIÓN DE LA BOLSA DE RECOGIDA
1. Montar la bolsa [2] de recogida sobre su marco [1], tal como se
indica en la figura más abajo.
2. Enganchar los bordes de plástico [3] de la bolsa de recogida en el
marco.

3. Montar la tapa superior sobre el marco, introduciendo el eje [4] en la bisagra y en el reborde
de plástico [5]. Fijar las dos tapas [6] en los extremos del eje [4] por medio de un martillo.
NOTA:
• Al desmontar o cambiar la bolsa de recogida completa, poner tapas nuevas.
• Cuidarse de que el eje pase por los rebordes de plástico, tal como viene ilustrado [7].
Para retirar la bolsa de recogida:
1. Parar el motor.
2. Levantar el protector de descarga [8], coger el asa [9] y retirar la bolsa de recogida,
manteniéndola vertical.
Para volver a montarla:
1. Levantar el protector de vaciado y enganchar la parte frontal de la bolsa de recogida [11] en
las pestañas [10] de sujeción del cortacésped.
2. Ya instalada la bolsa de recogida, el cortacésped funciona como un aspirador. Proyecta aire
en la bolsa que aprisiona la hierba.
Previamente a la utilización, asegurarse de que el protector de descarga está bien
bloqueado sobre la bolsa de recogida.
Incluso en condiciones normales de utilización, la bolsa de recogida tiende a
desgastarse, por lo que resulta conveniente comprobar periódicamente que no está
deshilachada o desgarrada. Una bolsa desgastada debe cambiarse, y únicamente por
una bolsa HONDA.

MONTAGE EN KONTROLE VAN DE GRASVANGZAK
1. Breng het frame [1] in de grasvangzak [2], zoals afgebeeld.
2. Haak de plastic randen [3] om het frame.

3. Monteer de bovenkap door de as [4] door de bevestigings ogen en het Plastic profiel van
de grasvangzak te schuiven [5]. Breng de twee einddoppen [6] met behulp van een houten
hamer aan [4].
NB:
• Indien de complete graszak wordt verwijderd of vervangen, dan moeten de dopmoeren door
nieuwe worden vervangen.
• Bij het aanbrengen van de graszak, moet, om de pen te bevestigen, te werk worden gegaan
zoals hierboven staat aangegeven [7].
Grasvangzak demonteren:
1. Zet de motor af.
2. Licht de kap [8] op, pak de handgreep [9] vast en verwijder de grasvangzak. Houd de
grasvangzak hierbij horizontaal.
Grasvangzak monteren:
1. Licht de kap op en bevestig de grasvangzak [11] aan de gazonmaaier.
2. Wanneer de grasvangzak op de gazonmaaier gemonteerd is, werkt de maaier als een stofzuiger
en zuigt het gemaaide gras af naar de zak.
Controleren voor het gebruik dat de uitwerpkap naar behoren op de grasvangzak
bevestigd is.
Onder normale gebruiksomstandigheden kan de grasvangzak slijten. Kontroleer
regelmatig of de zak niet gerafeld of gescheurd is. Een versleten zak moet worden
vervangen. Gebruik ook hier uitsluitend HONDA-onderdelen.

  • Hondahrd535 blade brake clutch assembly. Correct replacement procedure for new clutch. On rebuild it appears to be engaged permanently. Any ideas on where I went wrong please ?? Submitted on 8-5-2023 at 19:15

    • According to the specifications depending on engine (number on side of engine block) it is either 0.6 or 0.65 of a litre, hope this helps Answered on 2-5-2022 at 15:21
