Hondahrd535 blade brake clutch assembly. Correct replacement procedure for new clutch. On rebuild it appears to be engaged permanently. Any ideas on where I went wrong please ??

According to the specifications depending on engine (number on side of engine block) it is either 0.6 or 0.65 of a litre, hope this helps
