Sustituirsiemprelascuchillasdañadasotorcidas;

nointentarjamásrepararlas!¡UTILIZARSIEMPRECORREASORI-

GINALES!

Enestamáquinaemplearsololossiguientesparesdecuchillas:

Lascuchillas(2)ylos rodetes(3)sondiferentes

entreellosygiran en sentido contrario.En elmontajecompruebe

queserespetanlasposicionesoriginales.

Volveramontarcadacuchilla(2a–

2b)enelrespectivorotor(3a–3b),

respetando las indicaciones “RH”

(derecha) y “LH” (izquierda) im-

presas en el rotor y en el interior

del plato de corte, y apretar los

cuatro tornillos (5) con arandelas

conunallavedinamométricacali-

bradaa9,5Nm.

Lasindicaciones“derecha” e “izquierda” serefieren a

la posiciónde guía.

Si durante el

desmontaje de las cuchillas se

hubiera salido uno o ambos cu-

bos(7)delárbol,comprobarque

laschavetas(8)esténbieninser-

tadas en sus correspondientes

alojamientos.En el montaje, res-

pete las secuencias indicadas

prestandoatenciónaquelasale-

tas de las cuchillas estén dirigi-

das hacia el interior del plato y

que la parte cóncava del disco

elástico(6)presionecontraelcu-

chillo.Aprieteafondolostornillos

defijación(1a–1b)conunallave

dinamométrica,calibradaa45-50

Nm.

1a = tornilloconroscaderecha(atornillarensentidohorario)

1b = tornilloconroscaizquierda(atornillarensentidoantihorario)

Aflojarlasdostuercas(6a)delosdospernos(7)delasbielasdelan-

teras,sinaflojaromodificar laposicióndelas tuercas(8)ylas con-

tratuercas(9).

Quitar los dos pasadores de seguridad (10)

de los per nos posteriores, una vez compro-

bado que no existen impedimentos, el plato

puede extraerse de manera que todos l os

ernos salgan de los alojamientos.

Enelmontaje,presteatenciónautilizarlosdos orificiosposterioresde

lasescuadrasparalafijacióndelospernos(7),realizaralcontrariolas

operacionesindicadasarriba,asegurándosedequeelterminalanterior

delcanaldeexpulsiónseintroduzcacorrectamenteenlasalidadelplato

decorte.

b)Desmontaje,afiladoyequilibradode lascuchillas

Todas las operaciones relativas a las cuchillas

(desmontaje,afilado,equilibrado,remontajey/osustitución)sontra-

bajos complicados que requieren una especial competencia y el

empleodelasherramientasespeciales;porrazonesdeseguridad,

siempreesaconsejabledirigirseauncentroespecializadosinose

disponedelasherramientasoconocimientosadecuados.

Utilizarguantesrobustosparamanipularlas cu-

chillas.

Para desmontar una cuchilla cogerla firmemente y desenroscar el tornillo

central(1a – 1b)conunallavede15

mm en el sentido indicado por la

flecha para cada cuchilla, ya que

lostornillosdefijaciónsonunocon

rosca a la derecha y el otro con

roscaalaizquierda.

1a = tornilloconroscaderecha

(desatornillarensentidoanti-

horario)

1b = tornilloconroscaizquierdadesatornillarensentidohorario)

La cuchilla (2) está fijada al rotor (3)

medianteunsoporte(4)ycuatrotor-

nillosconarandelas(5).

Con una llave de10 mm aflojar los

cuatrotornillos(5)ysoltarla cuchilla

(2)delsoporte(4).

Afilarambascuchillaspormediodeuna

muela de grano medio y controlar el

equilibradodelacuchillasosteniéndola

conundestornillador intro-ducidoenel

orificiocentral.
