3.3 MONTAJEDELOSSOPORTESDELABOLSA

DERECOLECCIÓN

Montar los dos soportes (1) en la plancha

posterior(2)utilizandoparacadasoportelos

tres tornillos (3) suministrados, como se in-

dica,sin fijarlasrelativastuercas(4).

Los soportes (1) deberán montarse de ma-

neraque lasaletas (1a)queden orientadas

haciael interior.

Engancharenlossoporteslapartesuperior

(5) del bastidor de la bolsa y centrarlo res-

pectoa laplanchaposterior (2).

Ajustar la posición de ambos soportes (1)

respectoaltope(6)de maneraquegirando

el bastidor de la bolsa, el perno (7) se in-

serte correctamenteen elalojamiento(8).

Comprobarotravezqueelbastidor(5)se encuentrebien centradorespec-

toalaplanchaposterior(2)yqueelmovimientoderotaciónseproduzcaco-

rrectamente,como arriba indicado,luego apretar a fondolos tornillos (3)y

lastuercas (4)defijación.

3.4 MONTAJEDELASPALANCASDEVUELCODELA BOLSA

Colocar el eje de las palancas (1) en la

ranurade lasdos placas(2)y fijarlasen

elinteriordelossoportesdelabolsa(3),

utilizando los tornillos y las tuercas (4)

suministrados enla secuencia queindi-

cala figura.

Unirlaextremidaddelavarilla(5)delpis-

tóndeelevaciónalapalanca(6)através

del perno (7) y montar los dos anillos

elásticos (8).

Antes de montar la bolsa en los soportes, asegúrese de que el movi-

mientode laspalancasde vuelcosearegular.

3.5 REMOCIÓNDELRETÉNDELDISPOSITIVODEENGANCHE

DELABOLSADERECOLECCIÓN

Por motivos de transporte, el dispositivo de en-

ganche(1) delabolsa derecolecciónestáfijado

ala planchaposteriormediante elretén(2).Este

reténsedeberemoverantesdeprocederalmon-

taje de los soportes de la bolsa y no se deberá

utilizarmás.

3.2 MONTAJEDELABOLSADE RECOLECCIÓN

A) Unir laparte superiordelbastidor(1) al

elementoanterior (2)utilizandolostornillos y

lastuercas suministrados(3) comoseindica.

Introducirlos dostaponesde goma(4)enlos

orificiosdel tubodelbastidor anterior(2).

B) Antes deapretar afondo lastuercas(3),

introducirentrelasplacas delbastidor supe-

rior (1) los dos soportes (5), con los rodillos

orientadoshaciadentro,yfijarlosconlostor-

nillos y las tuercas (6);y apretar a fondo las

tuercas(3).

C-D) Montar los dos elementos laterales (7),

utilizandolostornillosylastuercas(8y9)comoseindica.Introducirlosdos

taponesde goma(10)en losorificiosde losdoselementos laterales(7).

E) Introducirelbastidorenlaenvolturadetela(11)procurandocolocarloco-

rrectamente alo largo delperímetro debase.Enganchar todoslos perfiles

de plástico (12)enlos tubosdelbastidor conlaayudade undestornillador

(13).

F) Introducir la placa (14) entre la tela y la

parte inferior del elemento lateral derecho

(7a) del bastidor, de manera que coincidan

losorificios.

F) Instalar el soporte de refuerzo (15) debajo

delbastidor, utilizandolostornillos ylastuercas

(16),manteniendolaparteplanadirigidahaciala

tela.

G) Montar lacubierta(17),fijándola enla parte

superiordel bastidor(1) atravésdelos seis tor-

nillos (18).
