granada,especialmenteenlasbajadas;

– disminuirlavelocidadenpendientesycurvascerradas;

– prestaratenciónabadenes,cunetasypeligrosimprevistos;

– nocortarnuncaensentidotransversaldelapendiente.

6) Prestaratencióncuandoseremolcancargasocuandoseutilizanequi-

pospesados:

– paralafijacióndelasbarrasderemolqueutilizar sololospuntosdeen-

ancheaprobados;

– limitarlascargassóloaaquellasquepuedansercontroladasfácilmente;

– novirarbruscamente.Prestaratencióndurantelamarchaatrás;

7) Desacoplarlascuchillasalatravesarzonassinhierba.

8) Noutilizarnuncalamáquinasilasproteccionesestándañadaso

sinlosdispositivosdeseguridad montados.

9) Nomodificarlasregulacionesdelmotorynodejarquealcanceun

régimenexcesivo.Utilizarelmotoraunavelocidadexcesivapuedeau-

mentarelriesgodelesionespersonales.

10) Antesdeabandonarelpuestodelconductor:

– desacoplarlascuchillasybajarelplatodecorte;

– ponerelcambioenpuntomuertoyengranarelfrenodeestacionamiento;

– apagarelmotoryquitarlallave.

11) Desacoplarlascuchillas,apagarelmotoryquitarlallave:

–antesdelimpiar,desatascareltransportadordesalida;

– antesdecontrolar,limpiarotrabajarconlamáquina;

– despuésdegolpearuncuerpoextraño.Verificareventualesdañosenla

máquinayefectuarlasreparacionesnecesariasantesdeusarlonueva-

mente;

– si la máquina empieza a vibrar en modo anómalo (controlar inmediata-

mentelasposiblescausas).

12) Desacoplarlascuchillasduranteeltransporteycadavezquenoseuti-

licen.

13) Pararelmotorydesacoplarlascuchillas:

– antesdereponercombustible;

– antesdequitarlabolsaderecolección

14) Disminuirelgasantesdepararelmotory,sielmotorestáprovistode

grifo,cerrarlaalimentacióndelcombustiblealfinaldeltrabajo.

15) ElusodeaccesoriosdiferentesdelosrecomendadosporHondapuede

provocardañosalamáquinaquenoestaráncubiertosporlagarantía.

D) MANTENIMIENTOYALMACENAMIENTO

1) Mantenerbienapretadostuercasytornillosparaasegurarsedequela

máquinaestésiempreencondicionessegurasdefuncionamiento.

2) Nocolocarlamáquinacongasolinaeneldepósitoenunlocalenelque

losvaporesdegasolinapudieranalcanzarunallamaounachispa.

3) Dejarenfriarelmotor antesdealmacenarlamáquinaencualquieram-

biente.

4) Parareducirelriesgodeincendiosmantenerelmotor,elsilenciadorde

escape,elalojamientodelabateríaylazonadealmacenamientodelaga-

solinalibresderesiduosdehierba,hojasograsaexcesiva.

5) Controlarfrecuentementelabolsaderecolecciónparaverificarsudes-

gasteodeterioro.

6) Pormotivosdeseguridad,cambiarsiemprelaspiezasdesgastadasoda-

ñadas.

7) Sihayquevaciareldepósito delagasolina,efectuarestaoperaciónal

airelibre.

8) Prestaratenciónalhechodequelarotacióndeunacuchillaproducela

rotacióndelaotra.

9) Cuandohayqueguardarlamáquinaodejarlasinvigilancia,bajarelplato

decorte.

1. NORMASDESEGURIDAD

1.1 NORMASGENERALESDESEGURIDAD

Léanseatentamenteantesdecomenzarautilizar

lamáquina.

A) APRENDIZAJE

1) Leeratentamentelasinstrucciones.Familiarizarseconlosmandosy

elusocorrectodelamáquina.

2) No dejar nunca que los niños o personas que no tengan la necesaria

prácticaconestasinstruccionesusenlamáquina.Lasleyeslocalespueden

fijarunaedadmínimaparaelusuario.

3) Noutilizarnuncalamáquinacuandoesténcercapersonas,sobre

todoniñosoanimales.

4) Recordarqueeloperadoroelusuarioeselresponsabledelosaccidentes

imprevistos quesepudieranocasionaraotraspersonasoasuspropie-

dades.

5) Notransportarpasajeros.

6) Elconductordelamáquinadebeseguirescrupulosamente lasinstruc-

cionesparaelfuncionamientodelamismaysobretodo:

– nodistraerseymantenerlaconcentraciónnecesariaduranteeltrabajo;

– tenerencuentaquelapérdidadecontroldelamáquinaqueresbalapor

unapendientenosepuederecuperarusandoelfreno.

Lasprincipalescausasdepérdidadecontrolson:

– faltadeadherenciadelasruedas;

– velocidadexcesiva;

– frenadoinadecuado;

– máquinainadecuadaparaeluso;

– ignoranciadelosefectosquepuedenderivardelascondicionesdelte-

rreno,especialmenteenlaspendientes;

– remolqueincorrectoeinadecuadadistribucióndelacarga.

B) OPERACIONESPRELIMINARES

1) Duranteelcorte,utilizarsiemprecalzadorobustoypantaloneslargos.No

utilizarlamáquinaconlospiesdescalzosoconsandaliasabiertas.

2) Inspeccionarafondotodaeláreadetrabajoyquitartodoloquepudiera

serexpulsadoporlamáquina.

3) ¡PELIGRO!Lagasolinaesaltamenteinflamable:

– conservarelcombustibleencontenedoresadecuados;

– reponerelcombustiblesóloalairelibreynofumarduranteestaoperación;

– reponer el combustible antes de poner en marcha el motor; no

añadirgasolinaniquitareltapóndeldepósitocuandoelmotoresté

enfunciónoestécaliente;

– sipierdegasolina,noponerenmarchaelmotor,alejarlamáquinadelárea

enlaquesehaderramadoelcombustibleyevitarposiblesriesgosdein-

cendio,esperandohastaquesehayaevaporadoelcombustibleylosva-

poresdegasolinasehayandisuelto;

– despuésdelreabastecimiento,volveracolocarsiempreycerrarbienlos

taponesdeldepósitoydelcontenedordegasolina.

4) Cambiarlossilenciadoresdefectuosos.

5) Antesdelusoprocedersiempreaunainspeccióngeneralparacontro-

larquelascuchillas,lostornillosyelgrupodecortenoesténdesgastados

o dañados.Sustituir en bloque lascuchillasylostornillosdañadosodes-

gastadosparamantenerelequilibrado.

6) Prestaratenciónalhechodequelarotacióndeunacuchillaproducela

rotacióndelaotra.

C) DURANTEELUSO

1) Noaccionarelmotorenambientescerradosdondepuedenacumularse

humospeligrososdemonóxidodecarbono.

2) Trabajarsóloalaluzdeldíaoconunabuenaluzartificial.

3) Antesde poner en marchaelmotor,desacoplarlascuchillas,ponerla

transmisiónenpuntomuerto.
