1 plat à servir pour sauces et pain pita
1 plat à servir pour champignons
1 plat à servir pour le pain et la sauce pesto
UNE HEURE AVANT LA FÊTE
Étape 1 : Faites votre Sauce haricots noirs. Suivez la recette en
page 35 puis mettez au frais au réfrigérateur.
Étape 2 : Faites votre hummus. Suivez la recette en page 34 puis
mettez au frais au réfrigérateur.
Étape 3 : Faites deux fournées de champignons farcis. Suivez la
recette en page 39, mettez les champignons sur une feuille de
cuisson puis mettez au frais au réfrigérateur.
Étape 4 : Coupez une baguette en tranches de 80 mm, étalez la
préparation à l’ail (page 41) et étalez sur une feuille de cuisson.
Étape 5 : Faites une sauce pesto (triplez la recette page 70) mais
ne la faites pas encore chauffer, mettez au frais au réfrigérateur.
Étape 6 : Assurez-vous que vos plats à servir sont propres et prêts,
coupez du pain pita en triangles.
Étape 7 : Arrangez les serviettes et assiettes en papier près
de l’endroit où vous allez servir.
Étape 8 : Allez vous rafraîchir.
