Heat Function
1. Slide switch located on the side to the MASSAGE + HEAT setting. Adjust the
massage intensity by rotating the dial on top of the massager. The heat feature
can only be used with the red thermal heat attachment.
NOTE: To eliminate the risk of being burned, never use the heat function
without the attachments. Do not use the thermal heat continuously for
more than 15 minutes. Do not use the thermal heat if you have sensitive
skin, poor circulation, discolored areas, swelling, burning and inflamation
or where skin eruptions or sores are present. Heat should be pleasant
and comfortable. Should pain or discomfort result, discontinue use and
consult your physician.
2. Apply the massager head lightly to the area you wish to treat. Move the unit
slowly, holding it over the targeted area. Treat the area for a short period of time
and move to another area. NEVER treat the same area for longer than 3 minutes.
3. To turn the unit off, slide the power switch downwards to the ‘OFF’ position.
MAINTENANCE :
Cleaning
Unplug the appliance and allow to cool before cleaning. Clean only with a soft,
slightly damp sponge.
• Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the appliance.
• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, glass / furniture polish, paint thinner etc to clean.
Storage
Place the appliance in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place.
Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects
which might cut or puncture the fabric surface. To
avoid breakage, DO NOT wrap the power cord around
the appliance. DO NOT hang the unit by the cord.
Plug (MODEL MT-PA-2GB ONLY)
If the plug on this appliance is damaged, it can be
replaced with a BS 1363 plug, fitted with a
3A BS 1362 fuse. Only use a 3amp fuse with this
appliance. Care must be taken when changing the
plug. If in doubt, contact a qualified electrician.
