Automatic Heat Shut-Off
This heating pad is designed for convenience and safety. As a special precaution against
falling asleep while using the unit or unintentionally leaving the unit on while it’s still in
operation, it is programmed to automatically turn the heat off 2 hours after receiving your last
heat command. To reactivate your unit after automatic shut-off, turn both controls to the “OFF”
position and then reselect the desired settings. Any time you change your heat selection, the
timer will reset. This special feature should not be considered as a substitute for OFF. Always
remember to turn your unit off when not in use. The massage function is independent of the
auto-off feature and should not be used for more than 15 minutes at a time.
MAINTENANCE :
To Store
Place the heating pad in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges
or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the pad or cover. Do not hang the unit by the
adapter or hand control cords.
To Clean
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Unsnap the cover and remove the heating
pad by pulling straight out. Unsnap and remove elastic strap from cover. The soft cover is
removable and machine washable.
Cover: Using a mild detergent, machine wash the cover in warm water on gentle cycle.
Tumble dry on cool setting. Remove from the dryer.
Heating Pad: Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the pad surface. Never immerse the pad
completely in water. The unit can be line dried or wiped with a soft, absorbent cloth. Do not
plug in the pad until the unit is completely dry.
