13. Problemas encontrados y soluciones.
En caso de que su aparato no funcione correctamente, consulte las preguntas frecuentes que se
indican a continuación:
A. El aparato no se pone en marcha después de haber seleccionado la posición de
«encendido» con el interruptor.
Como medida de seguridad, e.ziclean® HOBOT no puede iniciar un ciclo de limpieza si la adherencia
a la pared no es la adecuada. Este problema puede tener diferentes causas:
. Las almohadillas de microfibra están demasiado sucias.
. Si hay una película de protección sobre el cristal, esta puede impedir el desplazamiento del robot.
. El cristal está demasiado húmedo y el robot se resbala.
B. El aparato se detiene durante la limpieza. Parpadea la luz led roja.
e.ziclean® HOBOT solo puede funcionar sobre una superficie completamente plana. En caso de que
la adherencia entre el robot y la pared no sea perfecta, el aparato detectará la mala aspiración y se
detendrá inmediatamente. Este problema se indica mediante una luz led roja visible en la pantalla.
En este caso, deberá volver a colocar el robot sobre una superficie completamente plana y, a
continuación, volver a activar el modo de limpieza con el mando a distancia.
C. El aparato no detecta el borde superior del cristal o se detiene en el centro de la
ventana.
En caso de que el aparato no detecte un borde, se le puede indicar que insista sobra dicho reborde.
Para solucionar este problema, pulse el botón STOP del mando a distancia y, a continuación, active
uno de los
2 modos de limpieza automática siguientes:
D. El robot deja huellas sobre el cristal.
e.ziclean® HOBOT garantiza unos buenos resultados y una gran eficacia sobre las paredes que
limpia. Sin embargo, si las almohadillas o el cristal que se va a limpiar están demasiado sucios, le
recomendamos que cambie las almohadillas y realice al menos 2 ciclos de limpieza.
E. El robot se ha desconectado accidentalmente de la alimentación y ya no se puede
acceder a él.
Utilice el cordón de seguridad para acercar el robot hacia usted con cuidado.
F. Cuando el robot está funcionando, el sistema de aspiración no se pone en marcha.
Es posible que el robot no se haya cargado lo suficiente. Realice una carga completa del aparato y, a
continuación, haga una prueba.
Si esta solución no hace que el sistema de aspiración funcione, póngase en contacto con nuestro
servicio técnico.
