Eine Entladung der Aufbaubatterie sollte nur bis zu einer
Spannung von 11 V erfolgen. Spätestens bei dieser Batte-
riespannung sollte für eine Ladung durch die Lichtmaschine
oder über Netzanschluß gesorgt werden.
6.5 Aufbaubatterie
Einbauort
- Je nach Grundriß unter dem Fahrersitz, im doppelten Boden
oder im separaten Fach von außen zugänglich.
Eigenschaften
- Die Batterie ist wartungsfrei. Es muß kein Wasser nachgefüllt
werden.
- Die Batterie ist verschlossen und kann nicht auslaufen.
- Die Batterie ist zyklenfest und damit speziell geeignet für die
Bordnetzversorgung. Dabei sind mehrere Entlade-/Ladevor
-
gänge möglich.
Beim Austausch der Batterie sind nur baugleiche Batterien
zu verwenden (gleiche Kapazität und Spannung, zyklenfest,
wartungsfrei und dicht).
Batteriewechsel
• Beim Batteriewechsel bitte nicht rauchen.
• Netzverbindung zum 230 V-Netz lösen.
• Zuerst Minus (-) Anschlußklemme lösen.
• Dann Plus (+) Anschlußklemme lösen.
• Batterie entnehmen.
• Neue Batterie einsetzen.
• Neue Batterie in umgekehrter Reihenfolge anschließen.
Die in der Batterie enthaltene Elektrolytlösung ist giftig und
korrosiv! Bei jeder Manipulation sollten Augen und Gesicht
geschützt sein.
Bei Kontakt mit der Haut oder den Augen sofort mit viel
klarem Wasser abspülen.
Offene Flammen oder funkenerzeugende Einrichtungen sind
von der Batterie fernzuhalten. Explosionsgefahr!
