6.2. Empfohlene Wartungsintervalle

Die Wartungsbedürigkeit Ihres S-Pedelec hängt von dessen Nutzung ab und lässt

sich deshalb nicht präzise angeben. Sie sollten das S-Pedelec mindestens einmal

jährlich zur Inspekon bei einem Fachhändler abgeben oder vom HNF Heisenberg-

Service warten lassen.

Als Anhaltspunkt schlagen wir Ihnen die folgenden Wartungsintervalle vor:

einmalig nach 100 - 300 km

• Anzugsmomente von Grien, Bremshebeln, Sael, Saelstütze, Vorbau,

Lenker kontrollieren

• Speichenspannung kontrollieren, ggf. nachzentrieren lassen

• ggf. Rohlo-Schaltzug-Spiel nachjuseren

alle 500 km

• Lagerspiel Steuersatz überprüfen

• Lagerspiel Naben überprüfen

• Lagerspiel Pedale überprüfen

• festen Kurbelsitz überprüfen

• Laufräder auf Rundlauf und Speichenspannung überprüfen

• Neigung Scheinwerfer prüfen

• Verschleißzustand der Bremsbeläge überprüfen (erstmals nach 1.000 km)

alle 2.000 km (bzw. einmal jährlich)

• RockShox-Federgabel vom Service warten lassen

• Verschleißzustand der Bremsscheibe überprüfen

• Anzugsmomente von Grien, Bremshebeln, Sael, Saelstütze, Vorbau,

Lenker kontrollieren

• Verschleißzustand des Riemens überprüfen

alle 5.000 km (bzw. einmal jährlich)

• Ölwechsel Rohlo-Nabe
