Das UD1 ist nicht für Folgendes ausgelegt:

• Renneinsatz/Webewerbsnutzung

• Reinigung mit einem Wasserstrahl

• Transport außen am Auto bei Regen ohne Abdeckung des Motors und

Demontage von Akku und Display

• Auaden des Fahrzeugs im Außenbereich bei Nässe

Für den Betrieb des Fahrzeugs müssen Sie

• mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein

• eine Fahrerlaubnis für die Klasse AM besitzen

(enthalten z. B. in der “Auto”-Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B)

• eine Hapichtversicherung abschließen und das Versicherungs-

kennzeichen moneren

• einen geeigneten Krarad-Helm tragen

(die Polizei toleriert z. Z. auch Fahrrad-Helme)

Wir empfehlen beim Fahren ebenfalls eine Fahrradbrille zu tragen.

Nach der Rechtsauassung des BMVI

ist es nicht erlaubt mit dem S-Pedelec:

• Radwege zu befahren

• Forst- oder Waldwege zu befahren

• Fahrradstraßen ohne das Symbol „Krafahrzeuge frei“ oder „Kraräder

frei” zu befahren

Der besmmungsgemäße Gebrauch ist weiterhin eingegrenzt durch:

• die Sicherheitshinweise in dieser Bedienungsanleitung

• das Kapitel „Technische Daten“ in dieser Bedienungsanleitung

• die landesspezischen Vorschrien zum Straßenverkehr (StVO)

• die landesspezischen Vorschrien zur Straßenverkehrszulassung (StVZO)
