6.1. ListederVerschleißteile

Die folgenden Teile an Ihrem Pedelec sind funkonsbedingtem Verschleiß unterwor-

fen. Dieser Verschleiß wird nicht von der Gewährleistung abgedeckt.

• Akku

• Reifen und Schläuche

• Bremsbeläge, Bremsscheiben

• Riemen und Riemenscheiben

• Gummidichtungen und -ringe (z. B. in der NuVinci-Nabe)

• Sämtliche beweglichen Teile (z. B. Lager)

• Schaltzüge, Schaltzughülle

• Hydrauliköl und Schmierstoe

• Lenkergrie

• Lackierung und sämtliche Oberächen (Bsp.: Zugaußenhüllen verursachen

Abrieb am Lack. Betägung des Fußhebels für die Neigungsblockierung

scheuert den Lack in diesem Bereich ab.)

Genaue Erklärungen zum Verschleiß einiger Teile nden sich in den folgenden

Abschnien. Für die meisten Teile gilt, dass sie sich durch Reibung abnutzen.

6.2. Empfohlene Wartungsintervalle

Die Wartungsbedürigkeit Ihres Pedelec hängt von dessen Nutzung ab und lässt

sich deshalb nicht präzise angeben. Sie sollten das Pedelec mindestens einmal

jährlich zur Inspekon bei einem Fachhändler abgeben oder vom HNF HEISEN-

BERG-Service warten lassen.

Als Anhaltspunkt schlagen wir Ihnen die folgenden Wartungsintervalle vor:

einmalig nach 100 - 300 km

• Anzugsmomente von Grien, Bremshebeln, Sael, Saelstütze, Vorbau,

Lenker kontrollieren

• Speichenspannung kontrollieren, ggf. nachzentrieren lassen

monatlich (oder alle 500 km)

• Verschleißzustand der Bremsbeläge überprüfen

• Verschleißzustand der Reifen (Lauäche und Seitenwand) überprüfen

• Lagerspiel Steuersätze überprüfen

• Lagerspiel Naben überprüfen

• Lagerspiel Pedale überprüfen

• Festen Kurbelarmsitz überprüfen
