Allgemeine Hinweise

• Stellen Sie die Waage auf einen ebenen, sauberen, festen Boden. Ein fester

Bodenbelag ist Voraussetzung für eine korrekte Messung. Ungeeignete

Bodenbeläge sind beispielsweise Teppichböden.

• Wiegen Sie sich möglichst immer zur selben Tageszeit (am besten morgens),

nach dem Toilettengang, nüchtern und ohne Bekleidung, um vergleichbare

Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

• Warten Sie nach dem Aufstehen ca. 15 Minuten, bevor Sie Ihr Körpergewicht

messen wollen, damit sich das im Körper beﬁndliche Wasser verteilen kann.

• Die Ermittlung des Körperfettes kann nur barfuß vorgenommen werden. Sie

können die Fußsohlen dazu leicht befeuchten. Völlig trockene Fußsohlen

können zu ungenauen Ergebnissen führen, da diese eine zu geringe

Leitfähigkeit aufweisen.

• Sie sollten während des Messvorgangs still stehen und sich nicht bewegen.

• Nach ungewohnter körperlicher Anstrengung sollten Sie einige Stunden mit

der Messung warten.
