INSTALACIÓN Y EXTRACCIÓN DE TORNILLOS
DE CORREA
1. Instalación
(1) Inserte la punta de la cinta de tornillos de correa
en la ranura de la guía de la correa (sección A).
(2) A continuación, inserte la punta de la cinta en la
ranura de la guía de deslizamiento (sección B) y
empuje en el sentido de \. (Fig. 12, Fig. 13 y
Fig. 15)
(3) Coloque la cinta de correa de forma que el primer
tornillo quede alineado con la marca de tornillo de
la guía de deslizamiento. (Fig. 14 y Fig. 15)

PRECAUCIÓN:
Si la cinta no estuviese colocada como se muestra
en la figura, la broca podría dañar la superficie el
panel (avance inadecuado) y se desperdiciarían
tornillos (avance excesivo).
2. Extracción
Cuando se hayan acabado los tornillos de la cinta,
o para quítar una correa de tornillos medio usada,
tire hacia afuera de la cinta en el sentido de \ como
se muestra en la Fig. 16.

AUTOMATICO
1. Operaciones
Cuando tire del gatillo y presione el atornillador en
forma recta contra la pieza de trabajo en el modo
de operación continua, el tornillo avanzará y se
atornillará automáticamente. (Fig. 17)
NOTAS:
⅜ Cerciórese de que el sentido de rotación sea el
correcto antes de realizar la instalación.
⅜ Para más detalles sobre el procedimiento de cambio
del sentido de rotación, consulte el ítem 4.
2. Número posible de aprietes (con una carga)
Con respecto al número de aprietes de tornillos con
una carga, consultar la tabla siguiente.
