DESBASTE DO CALIBRADOR DE PROFUNDIDADE COM UMA
LIMA
1) Se amolar os seus cortadores com uma lima, verifi que e reduza
a profundidade.
2) Verifi que os calibradores de profundidade de 3 em 3 afi ações.
3) Coloque o molde do calibrador de profundidade no cortador.
Se o calibrador de profundidade sobressair-se, deve limá-lo
até fi car rente com a parte superior do molde. Lime sempre
desde o interior da corrente na direcção de um cortador
exterior. (Fig. 39)
4) Arredonde o canto frontal para manter a forma original do
calibrador de profundidade depois de ajustá-la com o molde.
Respeite sempre a profundidade recomendada para o
calibrador, conforme especifi cado no manual de manutenção
ou operação da sua serra. (Fig. 40)
INSTRUÇÕES GERAIS PARA LIMAR CORTADORES
Lime (48) o cortador de um lado da corrente começando desde a
parte interior. Lime somente no curso para diante. (Fig. 41)
5) Mantenha todos os cortadores ao mesmo comprimento.

6) Lime o sufi ciente para eliminar qualquer danifi cação dos
bordos de corte (chapa lateral (49) e chapa superior (50)) do
cortador. (Fig. 43)
