Manutenzione mensile

○ Lavare il serbatoio del carburante con benzina e pulirne inoltre il

ﬁ ltro.

○ Pulire il ﬁ ltro dell’olio lubriﬁ cante della catena.

○ Pulire la parte esterna del carburatore e la zona ad esso

adiacente.

○ Pulire la ventola e la zona ad essa adiacente.

○ Rimuovere dalla marmitta i depositi carboniosi.

AFFILATURA DELLA CATENA

Parti di una lama (Fig. 37 e 38)

ATTENZIONE

Durante l’aﬃ latura della catena di taglio si devono indossare

guanti di protezione.

ABBASSAMENTO DEL CALIBRO DI PROFONDITÀ CON UNA

LIMETTA

1) Se si aﬃ lano le maglie della catena con una lima se ne deve

controllare e abbassare la profondità.

2) I calibri di profondità devono essere controllati ogni tre aﬃ lature.

3) Collocare il calibro di profondità sulla maglia. Se il calibro di

profondità sporge lo si deve limare a ﬁ lo con la parte superiore.

Si deve sempre limare dall’interno verso l’esterno della maglia.

4) Dopo avere usato il calibro di profondità si deve arrotondare

l’angolo anteriore per mantenerne la forma originale. Si

raccomanda di rispettare sempre le raccomandazioni fornite

nel manuale di manutenzione o uso della motosega relative alla

regolazione del calibro di profondità. (Fig. 40)

ISTRUZIONI GENERALI PER L’AFFILATURA DELLE LAME

Aﬃ lare (48) la lama su un lato della catena con movimenti dall’interno

verso l’esterno ma soltanto con colpi in avanti. (Fig. 41)

5) Tenere tutte le lame alla stessa lunghezza. (Fig. 42)

6) Aﬃ lare quanto basta per rimuovere le parti danneggiate dei

bordi (piastra laterale (49) e piastra superiore (50)) delle lame.
