Quando il massimo della pressione del compressore
aria eccede 8,3 bar, assicuratevi di applicare una
valvola riduttore tra il compressore aria e la
chiodatrice. Poi, regolate la pressione dell’aria tra 4,9
e 8,3 bar. Se installate un set aria sarà possibile
anche la lubrificazione. Provvedete così ad
incrementare la convenienza.

Con una estesa durata della vita, è necessario usare un
set aria.
Limitate la lunghezza del tubo tra l’unità e il set aria entro
10 mt. durante L’uso (Vedere Fig. 15).

Le caratteristiche del rumore sono valutate in accordo
con EN 792-13, GIUGNO, 2000:

Il rumore che si sviluppa durante l’uso dipende ad
esempio dall’ambiente di lavoro, dal supporto e dal
numero di operazioni.
Dipendono dalle condizioni dell’ambiente di lavoro e dai
pezzi da lavorare, le misure individuali di attenuazione
del rumore che potrebbe essere necessario eseguire,
come disporre i pezzi da lavorare su dei supporti scarica-
vibrazioni, in modo da prevenire le vibrazioni del pezzo
tramite un fissaggio o una copertura, regolando il minimo
della pressione dell’aria richiesta per le operazioni
complesse, ecc.
In casi speciali è necessario indossare l’equipaggiamento
di protezione per l’udito.

Questi valori rappresentano i valori caratteristici
dell’utensile e non considerano l’influenza del sistema
mani-braccia durante l’uso.
L’influenza del sistema mani-braccia durante l’utilizzo,
dipende per esempio dalla forza con cui afferrate
l’utensile, dalla pressione che applicate, dalla direzione
del lavoro, dalla regolazione dell’energia applicata, dal
pezzo da lavorare e dal supporto utilizzato.
