Anbau der Schutzabdeckung
Messerabdeckung
Befestigen Sie die Messerabdeckung am Getriebe mit den vier M6×30 Schrauben wie auf
der Abbildung gezeigt.
Trimmerkopfabdeckung
(Bringen Sie die Schnurschneideklinge und die Verlängerung an der Schutzabdeckung an.)
1. Befestigen Sie die Schnurschneideklinge (B) an der Schutzabdeckung mit zwei M5×25
Schrauben, Unterlegscheiben und Muttern wie auf der Abbildung gezeigt
2. Befestigen Sie die Verlängerung (C) an der Schutzabdeckung mit den fünf M5×15
Schrauben und Muttern wie auf der Abbildung gezeigt.
WARNUNG
MÖGLICHE GEFAHR
• Fremdkörper können durch den Rasentrimmer/Gestrüppschneider in die
Luft geschleudert werden.
WAS PASSIEREN KANN
• Die in die Luft geschleuderten Fremdkörper können Verletzungen
hervorrufen.
WIE DIE GEFAHR VERMIEDEN WIRD
• Benutzen Sie den Rasentrimmer/Gestrüppschneider nur, wenn die
Schutzabdeckung sicher angebaut ist.

• Die Schnurschneideklinge (B) ist scharf.
WAS PASSIEREN KANN
• Berührung der scharfen Schnurschneideklinge (B) kann Verletzungen
verursachen.

• Tragen Sie Handschuhe beim Umgang mit der Schnurschneideklinge (B).

Installing Guard
Blade Guard
Attach the blade guard to the gearcase with the two M6×30 screws as shown.
Trimmer Head Guard
(Install the string cutoff blade and guard extension to the blade guard.)
1. Fasten the string cutoff blade (B) to the blade guard with two M5×25 screws, lock
washers and hex nuts as shown.
2. Attach the guard extension (C) to the blade guard with the five M5×15 screws, washers
and hex nuts as shown.
WARNING
POTENTIAL HAZARD
• Foreign objects can be thrown by Trimmer/Brushcutter.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
• Contact with thrown objects can cause personal injury.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
• Never operate the Trimmer/Brushcutter without the guard in place.
WARNING
POTENTIAL HAZARD
• The string cutoff blade (B) is sharp.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
• Contact with the sharp string cutoff blade (B) can cause pesonal injury.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
• Wear gloves when you handle the string cutoff blade (B).
