Cylinder Cooling Fins
Maintenance Interval
• The cylinder cooling fins should be cleaned after every 25 hours of operation, or once a
week, whichever comes first.
• Air must flow freely around and through the cylinder cooling fins to prevent engine
overheating. Leaves, grass, dirt and debris buildup on the fins will increase the operating
temperature of the engine, which can reduce engine performance and shorten engine life.
Cooling Fin Cleaning

1. Remove the one screw.
2. Loosen the knob (A) and lift off the cylinder cover.
3. Clean all dirt and debris from the cooling fins and from around the cylinder base.
4. Reinstall the cylinder cover.

Bujía
Intervalo de mantenimiento
• La bujía debe extraerse del motor y comprobarse cada 25 horas de funcionamiento.
• Reemplace la bujía cada 100 horas de funcionamiento.
Mantenimiento de la bujía
1. Gire la parte que cubre el cable de alta tensión de la bujía una o dos veces de delante
hacia atrás para desalojarla y retírela de la bujía.
2. Extraiga la bujía.
3. Limpie los electrodos con un cepillo duro.
4. Ajuste el espacio entre los electrodos de forma que sea de 0,6 – 0,7 mm.
5. Reemplace la bujía si desprende un fuerte olor a aceite, si está dañada o si los
electrodos están gastados.
6. No apriete demasiado la bujía cuando la instale. El par de apretado es de 12 – 15 N m.

Onderhoudsinterval
• De bougie moet iedere 25 bedrijfsuren uit de motor worden gehaald en worden
gecontroleerd.
• Vervang de bougie na iedere 100 bedrijfsuren.
Onderhoud bougie
1. Draai de hoogspannings leidingmof op de bougie een paar keer heen en weer om de mof
los te maken en trek de mof dan van de bougie af.
2. Verwijder de bougie.
3. Reinig de elektroden met een harde borstel.
4. Stel het luchtgat van de elektroden af op 0,6 – 0,7 mm.
5. Vervang de bougie als deze besmeurd is met olie, beschadigd is of als de elektrodes
afgesleten zijn.
6. Bij het monteren de bougie niet te strak aantrekken. Het aanhaalkoppel is 12 – 15 Nm.
