○ Als de snijranden bot worden, slijp of vijl ze dan zoals
afgebeeld. Niet correct geslepen randen kunnen hevige
vibraties veroorzaken.
○ Gooi mesbladen weg die verbogen, gebarsten, gebroken of
anderszins beschadigd zijn.
OPMERKING
Bij het slijpen van een mesblad moet de originele vorm van de
radius aan de basis van de tand behouden blijven om barsten
te voorkomen.
Onderhoudsschema
Hieronder treft u nog enkele algemene onderhoudsinstructies aan.
Neem voor verdere informatie contact op met uw Hitachi dealer.
Dagelijks onderhoud
○ Maak de buitenkant van de machine schoon.
○ Controleer of de draaggordel niet beschadigd is.
○ Controleer de mesbescherming op beschadiging of scheuren.
Vervang de bescherming als deze beschadigd is of scheuren
vertoont.
○ Controleer of het snijgereedschap correct gecentreerd en
scherp is en geen scheuren vertoont. Niet correct gecentreerd
snijgereedschap veroorzaakt hevige vibraties die de machine
kunnen beschadigen.
○ Controleer of de moer van het snijgereedschap goed
vastgedraaid is.
○ Controleer of de mesblad-transportbescherming onbeschadigd
is en goed blijft zitten.
○ Controleer of alle bouten en moeren goed vast zitten.
○ Controleer de hoeveelheid en de toestand van de motorolie.
Wekelijks onderhoud
○ Controleer de trekstarter, in het bijzonder het koord en de
terugspringveer.
○ Maak de buitenkant van de bougie schoon.
○ Verwijder de bougie en controleer de afstand tussen de
elektroden. Corrigeer deze afstand tot 0,6 mm of vervang de
bougie.
○ Maak het luchtfi lter schoon.
Maandelijks onderhoud
○ Spoel de brandstoftank met benzine.
○ Maak de buitenkant en de omgeving van de carburateur
schoon.
○ Maak de ventilator en de omgeving ervan schoon.
