Connecting Throttle Cable and Stop Switch Wires
【All models】
1. Insert the throttle cable through the cable adjuster sleeve (A) on the carburetor bracket.
Make sure the end of the throttle cable housing is seated positively in the sleeve.
2. Position the slotted fitting on the carburetor so the recessed hole (D) is away from the
cable adjuster sleeve.
3. Rotate the carburetor throttle cam and slip the throttle cable through the slot in the slotted
fitting, making sure the cable lug drops into the recessed hole.
4. Operate the throttle trigger a few times to make sure that it works correctly.
5. Loosen the lock-nut (C) and adjust the cable adjuster sleeve so the stop on the carburetor
throttle cam just contacts the throttle stop and the cable position keep 1-2 mm play
between cable lug and slotted fittings when the throttle trigger is fully depressed.
6. When the throttle cable is adjusted correctly, tighten the lock-nut.
7. Plug the stop switch wires (E) into the matching connectors from the engine. Note that
wire polarity is not important.

Anschluss des Beschleunigungskabels und des
Ein-/Ausschalterdrahtes
【Alle Modelle】
1. Führen Sie das Beschleunigungskabel durch die Kabelmanschette (A) der
Vergaserklammer. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Ende der Kabelhülle fest in der
Manschette sitzt.
2. Stellen Sie die Schlitzschraube so ein, dass das eingefräste Loch (D) von der
Kabelmanschette weg zeigt.
3. Drehen Sie die Schraube hin und her, um das Beschleunigungskabel in den Schlitz zu
bringen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Knopf des Kabelendes im eingefrästen Loch sitzt.
4. Ziehen Sie mehrere Male am Beschleunigungsschalter, um sicherzustellen, dass sich das
Kabel bewegt.
5. Lockern Sie die Verschlussmutter ( C) und stellen Sie die Schlitzschraube so, dass das
Ende des Beschleunigungskabels die Schraube leicht berührt; es sollten bei voll
angezogenem Beschleunigungsschalter 1-2 mm Abstand zwischen dem Knopf am
Kabelende und dem Schlitz sein.
6. Wenn das Beschleunigungskabel richtig eingestellt ist, ziehen Sie die Verschlussmutter
wieder fest.
7. Stecken Sie die Ein-/Ausschalterdrähte (E) in die passenden Stecker am Motor; hierbei ist
die Polarität nicht wichtig.

Setzen Sie den Kabelhalter (F) wie abgebildet ein.
