and switched on,check fuse and make sure TV
is not in standby mode (see below)
Make sure there are no obstructions between
the handset and the TV's infra-red lens, or the
batteries may be exhausted - replace the whole
set of batteries.

and check its scart AV
status (see page 33).
If a problem still continues after referring to this guide contact your dealer immediately.
Under NO circumstances remove the rear cover of your TV.
