Hoe ontkoppel je apparaten?
Waarom gebruikers apparaten dienen te ontkoppelen.
Als gebruikers proberen een apparaat toe te voegen in hun Hik-Connect account, krijgen ze de melding:
‘The device has already been added by another account’. Dit komt omdat een apparaat maar aan 1 account
kan worden gekoppeld. Het bericht betekend dus dat het apparaat al aan een ander account is gekoppeld.
Hoe ontkoppel je een apparaat?
1. Als een gebruiker weet aan welk account het apparaat is toegevoegd, dient deze op het betreffende
account in te loggen en het apparaat te verwijderen.
2. Als de gebruiker niet weet aan welk account het apparaat is toegevoegd dient men contact op te
nemen met het lokale support team of via support@hikvision.com en de volgende gegeven te
verstrekken: - Een snapshot van het apparaat label.
- NAW gegevens incl. naam, telefoonnummer, email, distributeur en land.
