Selecteer het tabblad Prestaties. Controleer de status van de CPU en het geheugen.
Als er onvoldoende bronnen beschikbaar zijn, beëindigt u enkele niet-noodzakelijke processen.
4. Controleer of de fout wordt verholpen door de bovenstaande stappen.
Als het probleem is verholpen, voltooit u de procedure.
Als het probleem blijft bestaan, neemt u contact op met een technicus van Hikvision voor verdere
procedures.
Wanneer u de NVR gebruikt om de audio van de liveweergave op te halen, is er geen geluid hoorbaar,
klinkt er te veel ruis of is het volume te laag.
Mogelijke redenen:
a) De kabel tussen het ophaalpunt en de IP-camera is onjuist aangesloten, de impedantie komt niet overeen of
deze is niet compatibel.
b) Het streamtype is niet ingesteld op Video en audio.
c) De coderingsstandaard wordt niet ondersteund op de NVR.
Stappen:
1. Controleer of de kabel tussen het ophaalpunt en de IP-camera juist is aangesloten, en of de impedantie
overeenkomt en compatibel is.
Meld u rechtstreeks aan op de IP-camera. Schakel audio in en controleer of het geluid nu normaal is. Als
dit niet het geval is, neemt u contact op met de fabrikant van de IP-camera.
2. Controleer of de parameters juist zijn ingesteld.
Selecteer Menu > Opnemen > Parameters > Opnemen en stel het streamtype in op Video en audio.
3. Controleer of de standaard voor audiocodering van de IP-camera wordt ondersteund op de NVR.
De NVR biedt ondersteuning voor de standaarden G722.1 en G711. Als de coderingsparameters van de
inputaudio hiervan afwijken, kunt u zich aanmelden bij de IP-camera om een ondersteunde standaard te
configureren voor de camera.
4. Controleer of de fout wordt verholpen door de bovenstaande stappen.
Als het probleem is verholpen, voltooit u de procedure.
Als het probleem blijft bestaan, neemt u contact op met een technicus van Hikvision voor verdere
procedures.
Het beeld blijft hangen wanneer de NVR beeld van een of meer kanalen afspeelt.
