4-CHANNEL AMPLIFIER - FUNCTIONS & CONTROLS
LINE INPUT -
with the head unit via RCA to RCA cable.
Allows to connect the amplifier
BASS REMOTE ON/OFF
When you use the bass remote
control you have to set this switch
on "ON" - position. When you use
this setting the bass boost
control of the amplifier is out of
function.
INPUT GAIN - CH 1/2 & 3/4
Allows to adjust channel-pair
separated input level from the
head unit.
4CH 2CH - Selector
When you want to trigger your
amplifier with one RCA cable
you have to set this switch on
"2CH" - position. When you
use two RCA cables set this
switch on "4CH" - position.
When you only use one RCA to
RCA cable you have to use
the inputs CH3 & CH4.
FILTER - Switches & Controls CH1/2 & CH3/4 channel-pair separated
Position LP - Lowpass is activated, the frequency of the speakers is bounded above.
The threshold is from 50Hz to 500Hz adjustable via the LP-Control. When you use this setting
the HP-Control is activated as a subsonic-filter. This filter eliminates too low frequencies.
The threshold is continously variable from 15Hz up to 1KHz.
Position HP - Highpass is activated, the frequency of the speakers is bounded below.
The threshold is from 15Hz to 1KHz adjustable via the HP-Control. When you use this
setting the LP-Control is out of function.
Position OFF - full range output signal. When you use this setting the controls HP and LP
are out of function.
BASS BOOST - CH3/4 - Allows to
adjust channel-pair separated the bass
boost from 0dB - +18dB at 45Hz.
REMOTE CONTROL - CH 3/4 -
boost via remote control from any location, e.g. from
driver's seat. Please connect the included bass remote
here.
Allows to control bass
TWIN SUB - CH 1&2 - When this switch is set on ON position the same
parameters of CH 3 & 4 for GAIN, HIGH PASS, LOW PASS and BASS BOOST
are taken to CH 1 & 2. When this setting is used the controls of channel-pair
CH1/2 are out of function.

PROTECT - LED
It indicates the fault operation of the amplifier. When the fault conditions (overload,
excessive heat or short circuit of speaker) arise, the protection curcuit is engaged
to protect both the speakers and the amplifier against damage.
