MANTENIMIENTO
COMO CAMBIAR EL CRISTAL
ADVERTENCIA: NO UTILIZAR ESTE APARATO SIN
CRISTAL, CON EL ROTO O AGRIETADO. NO FORZAR
LA PUERTA, POR EJEMPLO, GOLPEÁNDOLA
O CERRÁNDOLA DE GOLPE. EL CRISTAL DEBE
CAMBIARLO EXCLUSIVAMENTE UN SERVICIO
TÉCNICO CUALIFICADO.
1. Siga las instrucciones incluidas en el kit
sustitución del cristal.
2. Extraiga la puerta.
3. Extraiga los tornillos que sujetan los clips fijación
cristal (use aceite penetrante si es necesario)
– quite hacia arriba los clips fijación cristal.
Déjelos a un lado para la nueva instalación.
4. Levante con cuidado el cristal dañado,
sacándolo de la puerta y deséchelo.
5. Quite con cuidado los restos del cristal y la
junta antigua.
6. Limpie los agujeros de los tornillos y ponga una
pequeña cantidad de lubricante en cada uno.
7. Coloque el nuevo vidrio con la junta de vidrio
sobre la puerta.
8. ¡Importante! Centre el vidrio y compruebe que
los bordes del mismo queden paralelos con los
bordes de la puerta.
9. Compruebe de nuevo la posición del vidrio
(centrado y paralelo), después vuelva a
atornillar los clips fijación cristal en la puerta,
haciéndolo en forma de cruz. Apriete los
tornillos no más de 1/4 de vuelta después de
que asienten. Si el cristal no se ha colocado
correctamente, se romperá.
10. Aplique una ligera película de lubricante en los
ejes de la bisagra de la puerta, si es necesario.
11. Instale la puerta.
12. Después de 5 o 6 encendidos, compruebe los
tornillos los clips fijación cristal y reajuste si es
necesario.
