Function

The Hottray Populair is ideally suited for keeping food at the right temperature.

Note: the hot tray is not suitable for hot pans moved directly from a stove. The hot tray would

overheat and switch off or might even be damaged beyond repair. If the hot tray overheats, reset it

by removing the plug from the socket and letting the appliance cool down. After cooling down it can

be used normally again.

Safety instructions:

 Only connect the appliance to an earthed 230 V a.c. electrical socket.

 Avoid overloading.

 Turn off the appliance after use by unplugging the equipment from the mains supply.

 Unplug the equipment from the mains supply before filling it with water or cleaning.

 The electrical installation must satisfy the applicable national and local regulations.

Installation

 Only connect the appliance to an earthed 230 V a.c. electrical socket.

After use

 Turn off the appliance after use by unplugging the equipment from the mains supply.

 Allow the plate to cool down.

 Clean the appliance (refer to maintenance).

Maintenance

 Before cleaning, always unplug the equipment from the mains supply.

 Never immerse the Hottray in water or other cleansing agents.

 Clean the Hottray with a damp cloth.

 Do not use aggressive or caustic cleansing agents.

 Wherever possible, avoid water coming into contact with electrical components.

Faults:

Always contact your supplier when a fault occurs.

Warranty

Any defect affecting the functionality of the appliance that becomes apparent within one year after

purchase will be corrected by free repair or replacement provided the appliance has been used and

maintained in accordance with the instructions and has not been abused or misused in any way. Your

statutory rights are not affected. If the appliance is claimed under warranty, state where and when it

was bought and include proof of purchase (f.e. receipt).

In line with our policy of continuous product development we reserve the right to change the product,

packaging and documentation specifications without notice.

Discarding & Environment

At the end of the life of the appliance, please dispose of the appliance according to the regulations

and guidelines applicable at the time.

Throw packing materials like plastic and boxes in the appropriate containers.
