6. Aanbevelingen en waarschuwingen
We raden aan om het buitenste deel van de snelkoe-
ler dagelijks te reinigen, inclusief de binnenkant
van de deur in de buurt van de pakkingen.
Handmatig ontdooien
De snelkoeler heeft een handmatige ontdooifunctie
die kan worden gebruikt met de deur open of geslo-
ten (in dit geval zal het ontdooien langer duren).
LET OP!
• Als de snelkoeler het proces heeft uitgevoerd,
moet u het deksel van de water afvoerleiding ha-
len, zodat het water in de opvangbak kan lopen.
De afvoerleiding is ook nuttig voor het afvoeren
van andere vloeistoffen van het product.
• ontroleer aan het einde van het proces het water-
niveau en leeg de opvangbak indien nodig.
Maximale belasting rek en opslag
LET OP!
De snelkoeler is geschikt om reeds gekookt voedsel
af te koelen (zie de tabel met temperaturen op basis
van de af te koelen producten).
Plaats geen producten die net uit de oven komen in
de snelkoeler. Wacht een paar minuten voordat u de
producten in de binnenruimte plaatst en start daar-
na het cyclus. We herinneren u eraan dat de snel-
koeltijd om de gewenste temperatuur te bereiken
afhankelijk is van verschillende factoren, zoals:
• De vorm, het type, de dikte en het materiaal
waarin het te koelen voedsel is opgeslagen.
• Het gebruik van deksels op containers.
• De fysieke eigenschappen van het product, dicht-
heid, water- en vetgehalte.
• De temperatuur van het te koelen voedsel.
De tijd voor het positieve snelkoelen en negatieve
snelkoelen of snelvriezen moet worden ingesteld
op basis van het type en gewicht van het te behan-
delen voedsel.
Modaliteit selecteren van verwerkingstijd
U kunt kiezen uit twee snelkoelmodaliteiten:
• Tijdcyclus, als de snelkoeltijd van het product be-
kend is. Nadat de ingestelde tijd is verstreken,
zal de conservatiemodaliteit automatisch star-
ten.
• Met de kerntemperatuursonde, het is voldoende
om de temperatuur van het te koelen of vriezen
product in te stellen; de sonde detecteert de tem-
peratuur; als de ingestelde temperatuur wordt
bereikt, laat de snelkoeler een geluidssignaal
klinken en schakelt het apparaat over naar de be-
waringsmodaliteit (zie positie van kerntempera-
tuursonde).
