Pulizia dell’iniettore

Se nel dispositivo penetrano impurità come sabbia,

piccoli ciottoli o altri depositi, potrebbero ostruire

l’iniettore (un elemento dell’addolcitore responsa-

bile dell’aspirazione della salamoia). Se l’addolci-

tore è protetto con un preﬁltro di sedimentazione,

mentre il sale è di buona qualità, l’iniettore non

deve ostruirsi.

Se, tuttavia, è ostruito, deve essere pulito. La Fig. E

mostra uno schema dell’iniettore. Gli elementi più

vulnerabili all’occlusione sono contrassegnati con

i numeri 12 e 14. Per pulire l’iniettore, l’ingresso

dell’acqua nel dispositivo deve essere chiuso. Suc-

cessivamente, il rubinetto dell’acqua fredda deve

essere aperto per rilasciare pressione dall’impian-

to. I bulloni di montaggio devono essere svitati (la

loro posizione è contrassegnata con il numero 16)

con un cacciavite. L’iniettore deve quindi essere

scollegato dalla testina di controllo. Fare atten-

zione alle guarnizioni. Gli elementi 12 e 14 devo-

no essere svitati delicatamente con un cacciavite.

Tutte le parti possono essere pulite con acqua e

poi si deve sofﬁare all’interno. Dopo l’asciugatura

devono essere rimontate e l’iniettore può essere

installato nell’ordine inverso rispetto alle istruzioni

precedenti.
