Preparazione all’uso
• Assicurarsi che il rubinetto di scarico dell’olio sia
chiuso.
• Rimuovere la spina dalla presa.
• Assicurarsi che il recipiente dell’olio sia pulito e
che non vi sia acqua all’interno.
• Riempire con attenzione il serbatoio con olio - il
livello dell’olio deve essere compreso tra i con-
trassegni L (minimo) e H (massimo).
• Inserire la spina con messa a terra in una presa
elettrica dotata di messa a terra.
• Adesso è possibile friggere.
Friggere
La friggitrice è in possesso di una zona-freddo uni-
ca, dove i resti della frittura e le briciole scendono
sul fondo e, perciò, il grasso ha una durata natural-
mente più lunga.
Controllare regolarmente se nel contenitore c’è
olio o grasso a sufficienza. Il livello non deve scen-
dere mai sotto il contrassegni L (minimo).
Funzionamento
1. Impostazione della TEMPERATURA
1.1 Riempire il serbatoio con olio e assicurarsi che
il livello dell’olio sia compreso tra i contrasse-
gni L e H. Ricordare che dopo aver posizionato il
cibo nell’olio il livello dell’olio aumenterà. Non
mettere gli alimenti umidi in un recipiente o in
una grande quantità allo stesso tempo.
1.2 Collegare la spina a una presa elettrica adatta.
1.3 Premere il pulsante “ON / OFF” - il pulsante
si illuminerà. I pulsanti di AUMENTO e DIMI-
NUZIONE inizieranno a lampeggiare. La tem-
peratura attualmente impostata apparirà sul
display superiore. (Intervallo di temperatura:
25 ° C ~ 195 ° C).
1.4 Premere i pulsanti AUMENTO e DIMINUZIONE
per avviare il processo di riscaldamento. La
TEMPERATURA DELL’OLIO CORRENTE appa-
rirà sul display superiore. Il pulsante TEMPE-
RATURE lampeggia costantemente.
1.5 È anche possibile scegliere il pulsante TEM-
PERATURA per visualizzare l’ultima TEMPE-
RATURA IMPOSTATA per 1-2 secondi. A questo
punto, premere il pulsante di AUMENTO o DI-
MINUZIONE della temperatura per modificare
la TEMPERATURA IMPOSTATA, se necessario.
Premere il pulsante di AUMENTO o DIMINU-
ZIONE della temperatura una volta per aumen-
tare / diminuire la temperatura di 1 ° C. Preme-
re e tenere premuto il pulsante per modificare
più velocemente il valore impostato. Dopo aver
rilasciato il pulsante, la NUOVA TEMPERATURA
verrà impostata automaticamente dopo circa
2-3 secondi.
1.6 Durante il riscaldamento, il pulsante TEMPE-
RATURA lampeggia finché l’olio non raggiun-
ge la TEMPERATURA IMPOSTATA. Dopo aver
raggiunto la TEMPERATURA IMPOSTATA, il
pulsante TEMPERATURA si spegnerà e l’unità
manterrà la TEMPERATURA IMPOSTATA (± 2 °
C).
1.7 Dopo aver spento l’apparecchio l’informazione
“oFF” apparirà nella riga superiore del display
e l’informazione “Hot” apparirà nella riga infe-
riore del display.
