Gebrauch
Aufmerksamkeit: Darf das Gerät auf einer getrennten Gruppe von 16 Ampere.
Bei eine doppelte Friteuse, brauchen Sie 2 getrennte Gruppen.
• Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
• Füllen Sie den Behälter bis zum MAX-Strich mit
Öl. ACHTUNG: Nicht flüssige Fettarten sind vor
dem Einfüllen zu erhitzen, um ein Verbrennen des
Fetts und Überlastung zu verhindern (Siehe „Fes-
tes Fett“)
• Stecken Sie den Schukostecker in eine geerdete
Steckdose.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät mit der Grünfarbenen Ein-
Aus-Taste ein. Die Grünfarbene Leuchte am Ein-
Aus-Schalter leuchtet.
• Stellen Sie am Thermostat die gewünschte Tem-
peratur ein. Die orangefarbene Leuchte brennt.
• Wenn die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist, er-
lischt die orangefarbene Lampe.
• Während des Frittierens leuchtet die orangefarbe-
ne Lampe gelegentlich; dass heisst das Heizele-
ment hält die eingestellte Temperatur.
• Sie können jetzt frittieren.
Frittieren
Die Fritteuse besitzt einen einzigartigen Kältebe-
reich, wodurch Backreste und Krümel auf den Bo-
den sinken und das Öl wesentlich länger hält.
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig, ob sich genug Öl im
Behälter befindet. Der Füllstand darf nie unter die
MIN-Markierung geraten.
Zurücksetzen des Überhitzungsschutz (Thermische Abschaltung)
Denken Sie daran, dass sich die Rückstelltaste im
unteren Teil des abnehmbaren Bedienpanels und
mit einem Aufsatz gesichert wird (siehe Abbildung).
• Trennen Sie zuerst das Gerät von der Stromquelle,
indem Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Lassen Sie das Gerät völlig abkühlen.
• Entfernen Sie das abnehmbare Bedienpanel aus
der Halterung.
• Schrauben Sie die schwarze Schutzkappe der
Rückstelltaste ab.
• Drücken Sie die Rückstelltaste der Überhitzungs-
schutz (Thermische Abschaltung). Es ist ein Kli-
cken zu hören.
• Schrauben Sie die schwarze Schutzkappe der
Rückstelltaste wieder auf.
• Montieren Sie das abnehmbare Bedienpanel wied-
er in die Halterung.
