Función de repetición (snooze)
Si la alarma empieza a sonar (pitido o radio), podrá activar la función de repetición
con el botón SNOOZE (13). Entonces la alarma volverá a sonar pasados 9 minutos.
Esto podrá repetirse 6 veces.
Búsqueda de emisoras de radio
El aparato busca automáticamente emisoras, por lo que no tendrá que pasarse horas
sintonizando la radio.
Encienda primero la radio con el botón POWER (1). Luego mantenga pulsado el botón
TUN UP/HR (4) aproximadamente un segundo: la radio despertador buscará la
siguiente emisora que tenga una señal suficientemente fuerte.
Cuando haya encontrado una emisora que le guste, podrá preseleccionarla con el
botón PRESET (7). Con MEM+ (3) y MEM- (8) le podrá dar un número a la emisora
preseleccionada. Podrá guardar 10 emisoras de AM y 10 de FM.
Escuchar la radio
Si quiere escuchar la radio, podrá encenderla con el botón POWER (1). Con el botón
BAND (6), que está debajo del anterior, podrá cambiar entre AM y FM. Podrá cambiar
de emisora con TUN UP/HR (adelante) y TUN DN/MIN (atrás). Podrá cambiar entre las
emisoras preseleccionadas con MEM+ (adelante) y MEM- (atrás).
Dormirse con la radio
También podrá ajustar cuánto tiempo se debe quedar encendida la radio cuando se
vaya a dormir. La radio se podrá quedar encendida de 10 a 90 minutos.
Encienda primero la radio con el botón POWER (1). Luego pulse el botón SLEEP (11).
La pantalla indicará que la radio estará encendida 90 minutos. Podrá reducir ese
tiempo 10 minutos cada vez pulsando una vez más en SLEEP. Pulse SLEEP las veces
necesarias hasta que la pantalla indique el número de minutos que se debe quedar
encendida la radio.
Colocación de la pila de reserva
En la parte trasera del despertador encontrará el compartimento de las pilas. Para
que no lo puedan abrir los niños, necesitará un pequeño destornillador de destornil-
lador de estrella para abrir el compartimento. Encaje la pila (1 pila botón CR2032) en el
compartimento de pilas. Fíjese en que el polo positivo (+) esté arriba. Si hay un corte
de corriente, la pila se encargará de que la hora siga funcionando. La pantalla sí que
se apagará. Cuando vuelva a haber corriente, la pantalla indicará automáticamente
la hora correcta.
