Keep at hand suitable crossed screwdriver, adjustable •
spanners, pliers and wrenches. Before assembly, make
sure all protection packing material has been removed.
Flexible gas hose(1763-1) and clamps (if necessary) are
supplied with this appliance and must be used, according
to National Rules in force. You need to purchase one gas
regulator and one gas cylinder. The gas regulator has to
be set according to specific gas category (see on page
2) and proper gas consumption (g/h) specification. The
LPG cylinder should be standard one. Recommend to use
Less than 10kg. Replacement must be that specified in
“Gas Requirements” section of this Instruction Manual. Be
careful: do not kink flexible gas rubber pipe of gas circuit. If
pipe holder should not be provided, thread of the gas inlet
connection will be in line with Standards ISO 7-1 or ISO
228-1, according to National Rules in force of the country
of destination.
Make sure appliance gas knob is turned “OFF” (full •
disk) before assembling
Connect the hose to the appliance and the regulator. •
Tighten the screw of the hose clamp with a screwdriver.
Connect the regulator to LPG cylinder by hand. And •
Hand tighten only.

TURN ON THE HEATER•
Push and turn the control Knob to , and
‘click’ will be heard.
TURN OFF THE HEATER•
Push and turn the control Knob to OFF, and
‘click’ will be heard.
Heater Lighting Instructions
Never test for leaks with an open flame. Prior to first
use, at the beginning of each season, or every time
your LP Gas Cylinder is changed, you must check for
gas leaks. Follow these three steps:
Make a soap solution by mixing one part 1.
liquid detergent and four parts water.
Turn the heater Control Knob to the full OFF 2.

sealed. Check each fitting and tighten or repair
as necessary.

Check for Gas Leaks

Set Control Knob to OFF and open the LP Gas Cylinder •
valve.
Push and turn the control knob to . This will trigger a •
spark to ignite the pilot burner. 3 to 4 attempts may be
required.
Once the pilot flame is established, keep pressing •
the knob for 10 seconds to ensure that the burner
remains lit.
If the burner does not ignite, turn gas off at source •
and turn Control Knob OFF. Wait at least 5 minutes for
gas to clear, then retry. If your heater still fails to light,
turn the Control Knob and gas source OFF. Refer to the
instruction manual “Lighting Your Heater Using A
Match” and “Trouble Shooting”for further informa-
tion.
When the heater is not in use, turn the control knob to •
OFF and turn off the gas source.
Disconnect and remove the gas cylinder before storing •
this gas heater indoors.
