Ein Strategiespiel um die Befreiung besetzter Länder.

Bei diesem Spiel gibt es - wie leider auch in der Realität -

Einflußsphären, deren Bestand Besatzungsarmeen zu er-

halten versuchen.

Ziel von RISIKO ist es, Länder und Kontinente von

Besatzungsarmeen zu befreien, und in die Unabhängig-

keit zu führen.

Dieses Ziel wird durch Zusammenwirken zweier Mittel

erreicht: Eine glückliche Hand bei Verhandlungen (durch

Würfeln) und eine auf militärisches Gleichgewicht ge-

richtete Strategie (durch richtige Aufstellung vorhandener

Armeen).

Bei Erfolg führt beides dazu, daß die Besatzungsarmeen

sich auflösen.

Das Spielziel wird erreicht, wenn zum Schluß alle Länder

von allen Besatzungsarmeen befreit wurden.
